Rosie O'Donnell Alleges ICE Facilities Are 'Concentration Camps' Where Detainees Are Raped in TikTok Rant

Comedian and actress Rosie O'Donnell recently likened U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities to Nazi Germany's concentration camps in a video she shared on TikTok.

In the TikTok clip, titled "Friday Ramble," O'Donnell discussed a range of topics, including the passing of country music icon Dolly Parton, before shifting her focus to a sharp critique of the Trump administration.

Accusations Against ICE Facilities

O'Donnell invoked the phrase "Never Again," a reference to the Holocaust, stating, "We all vowed ‘Never Again,’ remember?" She then expressed her surprise that people today still wonder how Germans allowed fascism to take hold, asserting that fascism is now prevalent in the United States.

“We’re making concentration camps. … We’re rounding up people without a warrant. We’re raping children in detention, in ICE detention. They’re all getting pregnant,” she claimed. “And they’re separated, males and females. Who has access to those girls? What happens to their babies? What do they do with them? There are big questions.”

The outspoken critic of the former president then leveled further accusations against him, suggesting his supporters were in denial.

“He doesn't care about you one bit. This is not a president for all people. This is a president for people like him,” she stated in the video, referring to Trump. “White powerful men, where women are disregarded in that equation usually. It’s the White men, it’s patriarchy running the world and it’s deadly.”

She concluded her remarks on leadership by suggesting, "We need people like Dolly Parton to run the world. People with a heart."

History of Criticism and Previous Comparisons

O'Donnell has a well-documented history of condemning the former president and his administration. In a past statement from July 2025, she made similar comparisons between ICE and Nazi Germany.

“I think Americans should stand up and say, ‘No way. You’re not going to silence us. You don’t have the right to silence us. You never did. And you never will. We, the people, have the right to speak up against atrocities which are happening on a daily basis.’ ICE, his own personal Gestapo — what will it take, America? What will it take?” she asked at the time.

She further questioned whether the former president intended to detain every artist who disagreed with him, noting that "pretty much every artist does" disagree, though not all are brave enough to voice it.

In response to O'Donnell's remarks, an individual identified as Bis criticized the comparisons, stating, "This is gross. These types of comparisons of ICE to Nazis are contributing to our brave law enforcement officers facing a more than 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats. Would Rosie O’Donnell want these thugs for neighbors?"

More recently, O'Donnell served as a guest host for fellow Trump critic Jimmy Kimmel's late-night program, where she famously referred to the former president as "orange Voldemort."
