A former Pentagon official and prominent whistleblower in the realm of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), Luis Elizondo, recently disclosed an unsettling warning he received from a congressional staffer. The staffer reportedly informed Elizondo of a plan to "eliminate" him and fellow whistleblower David Grusch.
Allegations of a Plan to "Eliminate" Whistleblowers
Elizondo, who has been a key figure in calls for greater transparency regarding UAPs, recounted the startling conversation. He stated that the staffer, who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, had just exited a classified briefing on Capitol Hill where government officials had apparently discussed this information before making the call.
"There was a plan to eliminate you," Elizondo said, recalling the staffer's direct warning.
Although the specific details of how such a plan was conceived or what it precisely entailed were not shared with Elizondo, he indicated he maintains a readiness for such potential confrontations.
"It's the reason why I have five German shepherds, and I'm heavily armed," he remarked.
Shortly after this initial communication, another staffer reportedly contacted Elizondo, delivering a second, equally ominous message related to the unfolding situation. Elizondo described the exchange:
"The first thing he says, 'Lou, are you okay?' I said, 'Yeah, I'm fine, why?' He's like, 'Well, you need to really watch yourself. Because there was discussions involving you and Grusch, that some people were very upset with what you guys did.'"
Both Elizondo and Grusch are former intelligence officials who have been instrumental in advocating for the public disclosure of classified information pertaining to UAPs, often referred to as UFOs. Elizondo noted that their efforts to bring this information to light have faced considerable pushback, including the alleged plot against them.
Lawmaker Expresses Similar Concerns
Congressman Tim Burchett, a Republican from Tennessee who has also been vocal in pushing for UAP transparency, shared his own experiences with similar warnings. He emphasized the inherent risks involved in pursuing such sensitive information.
"I was sitting at the house and I got a call from... a friend of the administration. It told me that I'd kicked a hornet's nest, and it said, you need to get bodies around you," Burchett recounted.
Burchett expressed confidence in his local support system, stating,
"I'm in East Tennessee, I've got bodies around me. There's enough good old boys out there..."
He further elaborated on the resistance encountered by those seeking UAP disclosure, echoing Elizondo's sentiments:
"Lou will tell you we have kicked a virtual hornet's nest, and these people don't want this stuff out, and I have my own theories about that as well. I'm sure Lou does, too."
