Carlock was conducting an early morning inventory of products in an aisle near the center of the store around 4 a.m. when he was struck in the head by the projectile. Store personnel quickly responded to his aid, and he was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased, according to details released by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department.
